Privacy and Security
This beta guidance explains safe account practices. It is not a final production privacy policy and does not assure protection against every security risk.
ZIVO Wallet uses account, device, and Wallet-record information to operate the beta and investigate security or payment issues. ZIVO Wallet is not a deposit account and this beta does not make any deposit-insurance claim.
Keep credentials private
Do not share passwords, recovery codes, one-time codes, session tokens, private keys, full card numbers, card security codes, bank or ABA account details, or provider credentials. ZIVO support will not ask you to send them by email or chat.
Use verified pages and devices
Sign in from a trusted device and verify the ZIVO domain before entering credentials. Review payment recipients and payout-request details before confirming. QR codes and payment links should never make a payment automatically.
Payment safety boundary
A beta payment screen, push notification, QR code, or email is not external-payment proof by itself. Do not use the beta for peer-to-peer money transmission, cash-out, stored value, payment aggregation, or processing on behalf of someone else. See the Beta Risk Disclosure and Beta Acceptable Use for the current boundary.
Report a concern
If you notice unfamiliar activity, pause further Wallet actions and contact support from the email associated with your account. Include only the safe reference shown in Wallet Activity and a redacted description of what happened.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions or account-closure requests, contact support@hizivo.com from your account email. See the Beta Privacy Notice for the current beta data-use notice.
