Beta Acceptable Use

Use ZIVO Wallet only for the limited, invited beta purpose communicated to you. Do not use an experimental or unavailable feature as a way to move, hold, receive, or settle real money for yourself or anyone else.

Prohibited beta use

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, account, device, or data without authorization.
• Attempting card testing, credential stuffing, account takeover, scraping, or bypassing access, rate, security, review, or approval controls.
• Using ZIVO to evade sanctions, export controls, fraud controls, or another lawful restriction.
• Sending, receiving, holding, redeeming, remitting, aggregating, or facilitating money for another person or business through the beta.
• Offering a peer-to-peer transfer, stored-value, cash-out, escrow, payment-aggregation, or third-party merchant-processing service through ZIVO unless ZIVO has explicitly enabled that exact use after the required provider and legal approvals.
• Submitting false business, identity, transaction, recipient, or support information.

Payment-provider and product boundaries

Payment-provider requirements, transaction limits, account verification, and product availability can be stricter than this page. Do not describe ZIVO as provider-approved, licensed, insured, bank-backed, or available for live financial use unless ZIVO publishes a separately approved statement for the exact product and jurisdiction.

Review, restriction, and appeal

ZIVO may pause a beta action or restrict beta access when a security, provider, legal, data-protection, or operational concern needs review. A pause is a safety measure, not a final legal or financial determination. To request a review, contact support with your account email and the safe reference shown in the product.
