Beta Privacy Notice
Effective July 10, 2026
This is a beta notice, not a final production privacy policy. Retention and deletion rules must be finalized before public launch. Do not enter production customer information in a review preview.
ZIVO uses account, profile, wallet, transaction, device, and security information to operate and protect the beta.
How data is used
We use data to authenticate users, process sandbox payment tests, maintain wallet records, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. Where a payment feature is available, its configured payment provider processes the necessary payment information; provider availability can change during the beta.
Payment and sensitive information
When a payment-provider form is available, the configured provider handles the payment information needed for that flow. ZIVO support will not ask you to send a full card number, card security code, bank credential, password, recovery code, one-time code, private key, or provider credential by email or chat.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the beta, including authentication, database, hosting, and payment providers. Retention and deletion rules must be finalized before public launch.
Cookies and product changes
The beta may use essential sign-in, security, session, and preference storage. ZIVO has not approved a final public cookie notice, tracking inventory, data-controller role, operating-jurisdiction list, or retention schedule. New analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking must be reviewed before public launch. See Cookies and Tracking for the current beta boundary.
Privacy requests
Email support@hizivo.com from your account email for privacy questions or account-closure requests. Do not enter production customer information in a review preview. See Privacy and Security for safe account and reporting practices. See Data and Account Requests for the beta help path.
