Beta Risk Disclosure
Updated July 16, 2026
This is limited-beta risk guidance, not final consumer, banking, payment, insurance, or investment disclosure. It does not create a real-money product or guarantee a feature, payment, refund, payout, or support outcome.
ZIVO Wallet is being tested with constrained features. Screens, notifications, QR codes, and browser results can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed. Do not rely on a beta display as evidence that an external payment has completed.
Financial-product boundary
ZIVO Wallet is not presented as a bank or deposit account, and this beta does not make a deposit-insurance, availability, exchange-rate, settlement-time, or refund guarantee. No live provider-funded peer-to-peer transfer, stored-value, cash-out, payment-aggregation, or external-payout product is authorized by this beta policy.
Payment, refund, and payout status
A payment, top-up, refund, transfer, or payout is not complete merely because a screen, email, push notification, QR confirmation, or browser message says so. Completion requires the relevant signed provider confirmation, server-side validation, and ledger finalization. Pending, failed, canceled, or unavailable states must not be retried by creating duplicate requests.
Account and security risk
Keep your credentials and devices secure. Phishing, compromised devices, recipient mistakes, unavailable provider services, and fraud attempts can affect access or beta testing. ZIVO support will not request passwords, recovery codes, one-time codes, full card details, security codes, bank details, private keys, or provider credentials.
What to do if something looks wrong
Stop further Wallet actions, keep the safe reference shown in the product, and use Report a payment issue or Support. Do not send sensitive payment or authentication data.
