ZIVO Wallet

Beta Payment Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

This is a limited-beta payment policy, not final production terms. It describes the current test configuration only and must be formally reviewed before public launch.

ZIVO Wallet is currently a limited beta. Payment features may be unavailable, changed, or restricted while the beta is being tested. Do not use a review or beta environment with production customer data.

Card-funded wallet top-ups

A card-funded top-up remains pending until ZIVO receives and records signed provider confirmation; a browser result alone does not credit a wallet. The current provider availability is shown only in the authenticated payment flow and may be restricted during the beta.

When card top-ups are available in the beta, payment details are handled by the configured payment provider. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, token, or bank credential to ZIVO support.

Current provider and product boundary

The current beta policy does not authorize live provider-funded peer-to-peer money transmission, stored value, cash-out, payment aggregation, payment facilitation, or external payouts. A card-top-up test does not authorize processing on behalf of another person or business, and it is not a general-purpose money-transfer service.

A card workflow must relate to the exact, disclosed beta purpose and may be unavailable at any time. Do not use ZIVO to test cards, submit false transaction information, or work around provider, account, or risk controls.

Payment status and receipts

A top-up can be pending, completed, failed, canceled, or declined. Only a completed transaction that appears in Wallet Activity is a confirmed wallet credit. Keep the transaction reference shown in its detail view if you need help.

Chargebacks, refunds, and duplicates

A Wallet record, internal reversal, support response, or refund-request status is not a card-network refund or dispute resolution unless the relevant provider confirms it. Do not submit duplicate top-ups, refund requests, or chargebacks while a status is being reviewed; report the safe transaction reference instead.

Fees, exchange, and availability

Any amount, fee, currency, and total shown in the confirmation step are the beta transaction details for that payment. Features, currencies, limits, and availability can change during the beta; final pricing and consumer disclosures have not been published.

Direct card payments

Cards currently fund the Wallet only. Direct card-to-merchant payments and recurring or automatic card charges are not enabled by this beta policy.

Questions or payment issues

See Report a payment issue for the information support can safely use to investigate a transaction. Review the Beta Acceptable Use and Beta Risk Disclosure before using a beta payment feature.
