Beta Complaints and Escalation
Updated July 16, 2026
This is a beta issue-reporting path, not a final regulated complaint process, dispute-resolution process, or service-level commitment. The applicable entity, jurisdiction, and escalation rights still require legal approval.
If a Wallet, account, privacy, or payment record looks wrong, first stop creating new requests for the same action. Then report the issue through the appropriate safe route.
Where to report an issue
- Payment Issue for a top-up, transfer, refund, or Wallet record.
- Refund Request for review of an eligible completed Wallet record.
- Withdrawal Issue for a payout-request status or hold.
- Data and Account Requests for beta account or privacy questions.
- Support for another beta concern.
What to include
Include the account email, approximate time, safe transaction or request reference, and a redacted description of what happened. Never include a password, one-time code, full card number, security code, bank details, private key, or provider credential.
What happens next
Beta support can review available Wallet and provider status records and explain the next safe step. A report does not guarantee a refund, reversal, payout, response time, or legal outcome. Do not open duplicate requests while an earlier report is pending.
