ZIVO Wallet

Wallet Help

This page explains the limited-beta Wallet experience. It does not change a wallet balance, payment, refund, or payout request.

A ZIVO Wallet balance is a record of completed Wallet activity. It is not a bank account, and this beta does not make any deposit-insurance claim. Check Wallet Activity and the transaction detail before trying a payment again.

Top-ups and payments

A card-funded top-up can show pending while the payment provider confirms it. A browser confirmation alone does not credit your wallet. If the status has not changed, do not submit a duplicate top-up; keep the transaction reference and contact support. Provider fees may apply when they are shown before confirmation.

Wallet status

Your Wallet may be available, temporarily held, frozen, or closed. A temporary hold or freeze pauses money movement while the record is reviewed; it is not evidence that a payment or payout has completed. Support can explain the next available review step.

Sending and receiving

Review the recipient, amount, fee, and total before you confirm a Wallet payment. Scanning a QR code or opening a payment link must not make a payment automatically. If a payment looks unfamiliar, report it before retrying.

Protect your account

Never share your password, one-time code, session token, full card number, card security code, destination-account number, routing number, or payment-provider credentials. ZIVO support will not ask for them by email.
