Beta Payout Policy

Payout-related requests in ZIVO Wallet are subject to review. A request, status label, or balance display does not promise that money will be sent to an external account.

Current beta workflow

Automatic external payout creation is disabled. Merchant and driver payout requests, when available, remain in a server-reviewed workflow and can be held, returned, or rejected when the request cannot be safely completed.

This beta does not authorize a live provider-funded cash-out, remittance, peer-to-peer transfer, stored-value, or external-payout service. A request, preview, or status label cannot override a server-side stop control or provider and legal approval requirement.

Review and eligibility

A review may consider account status, available wallet balance, transaction history, requested amount, provider capability, and operational or security controls. Eligibility, limits, fees, and arrival timing are not final production commitments during the beta.

Wallet records

Any completed wallet movement must be recorded through the server-controlled ledger. A payout request does not reduce an available balance as a completed external payout until the relevant workflow records its final result.

Safety

Do not send destination-account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, or verification codes to support. ZIVO Wallet does not ask customers to disclose private credentials by email.
